Custom Charm FAQ

Custom charms have a flat $10 commission fee and take 2-4 weeks of processing.

The commission fee is waived for International orders (orders placed outside the United States) as a courtesy for high shipping rates.

The commission fee is reduced to $5 If you are requesting a pre-existing chibi design and only wish to customize the skin tone or hair color.
