PRODUCT CARE ⊹ ࣪ ˖ CLAY CHARMS

Charms are hand sculpted with polymer clay, and glazed with UV resin. UV resin is a durable protectant and gives the charms a glass-like finish . That being said, the pieces are not invincible, avoid frequently dropping them, or hitting them against hard surfaces to prevent scratches in the glaze and any damage to the piece.

The charms are water/liquid resistant, and can be cleaned by taking a damp microfiber pad or cloth and gently wiping them to remove any dirt or dust that has accumulated on their surfaces. Long exposure to water is not advised & be careful to no expose stainless steel hardware to water to prevent tarnishing.

REPAIRS

In the case that your piece is damaged, repairs are offered to make the charm as good as new. Customers are allotted a repair window of 1 year since purchase. Repairs are complimentary however the customer is responsible for all shipping expenses related to repairs. To request a repair, fill out the contact form and subject your message "repair".
